Payment

Credit card payment; visa, mastercard, and discover are preferred. Paypal is also accepted.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.00
$5 shipping on orders up to $25
$8 shipping on orders $25 - $75
$10 shipping on orders $75 - $100

We want to you to receive your "stoffe" as soon as possible. Flat rate shipping is sent via USPS priority or FedEx at our discretion. If you need it faster we've left "express" as a shipping choice. Unfortunately due to rash of lost first class parcels lately we've had to discontinue that option.

Your order will be sent within 2 business days of payment being received. We ship orders out every day, Monday through Friday. If an echeck or check was used for payment, shipping will occur after it has cleared.

International Shipping

Canada, Mexico and other countries

We offer a shipping calculated by weight as well as a flat rate choice for international shipping, please note that if you choose a flat rate option and your order doesn't fit in one we will contact you to arrange for the additional payment.

If you're not sure if your order will fit in a flat rate envelope please go with the weight option. We work hard, stuffing those envelopes to the gills, to reduce your shipping cost and will credit you back any overage if we can use those envelopes. If you choose the flat rate option and your order won't fit into one we will contact you for the remainder due. If you choose to remove items from your order there will be a 10% restocking fee, since they have been reserved, pulled, and cut to your request.

A general guideline for Flat Rate Envelopes:
up to 7 yards quilting cottons
up to 5 yards European poplin/percale (it's wide)
up to 3 yards European corduroy
Knits are a mixed bag: some are more bulky than others, typically no more than 3 yards will fit in an envelope though.
lots and lots of ribbon and trim
Patterns are all so different, as a general rule up to 6 patterns will fit.

Insurance

Purchasing insurance is strongly recommended. Banberry Place will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only if we have made an error. Return shipping will be paid by us. Please contact us within 1 week of product receipt about the error.

Patterns can not be returned due to copyright issues.
