Skirt: 1/6 yard
Ruffle, pocket ruffle, loop & straps*: 1/4 yard

Mini-Naomi Notions:
5" piece of 1/4"-wide elastic for back waistband
Elastic thread for shirring
Decorative buttons
*You may substitute 3 yards of 1/4" ribbon, if desired.
